IF YOUR SCORE IS BETWEEN 0-7:

You are doing well?  Keep following the recommendations and keep planning your drive home, whether it’s with a taxi or a designated driver.

Here are the consumption recommendations

IF YOUR SCORE IS 8 AND OVER:

Should you stop drinking or reduce your consumption?

You should REDUCE your consumption and drink the recommended amount if:

  • Your consumption has been at a low-risk or moderate-risk level most of the time during the last year
  • You do not suffer from trembling in the morning
  • You’d like to drink at a low-risk level
  • Your consumption has been at a high-risk level in the last year, but you do not meet the below criteria

You should STOP drinking if:

  • You have high blood pressure, are pregnant or have liver problems
  • You are taking drugs that react with alcohol
  • You tried to reduce your consumption in the past without success
  • You suffer from trembling in the morning

IF YOU SUFFER FROM TREMBLING IN THE MORNING OR YOUR SCORE IS 20 AND OVER

You may have an alcohol addiction, and you should only stop drinking alcohol under the supervision of a doctor or treatment group.
