Studies have shown that wearing a helmet can significantly reduce the risk and severity of a head injury. This seems obvious, and yet not everyone has caught on.

88% of cyclists that suffered a severe brain injury with debilitating long-term effects were not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. There is definitely room for improvement.

The “Think with your helmet” campaign was implemented to remind people of the importance of protecting their heads and their brains by wearing a well-fitted helmet.
